What Is Forminal Stenosis I Am On Medicaid, Just Had MRI Done, L-1 L-2 Diffuse Disk Bulge, L-2 L-3 Small Left Lateral Disk Herniation?

I am on Medicaid, just had MRI done, L-1 L-2 diffuse disk bulge, L-2 L-3 small left lateral disk herniation? - what is forminal stenosis

with facet arthropathjy, L-3 L-4 small right lateral disc herniation with stenosis Righ forminal, L-4 L-5 mild diffuse bulge superimposed left paracentral annular tear.L5 S-1 mildly arched windows.
Please read this for me. I can not get it, not even that the family doctor to tell me, let alone an analgesic. WHY? I'm worried!
Nobody cares to give this solution?
I am 48 years old, I'm not addicted to drugs anykind except nicotine.
